Satellite Session

Satellite sessions are held during the symposium as a set of invited talks that are highly specialized in specific themes. The idea is to gather contributions from leading experts in clearly defined or emerging fields, as well as to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics and innovative applications. The organizer of the session and speakers work together to craft the session which will be of great interest and benefit to the attendees of the symposium.

Submission Guideline

Satellite session proposals include the session's title, organizer name, affiliation, outline of the session, and list of proposed contributions. The session proposal should be submitted to ispsa@ispsa.or.kr no later than May 29, 2026.

No financial subsistence is provided for session organizers, session chairs, and invites. All VASSCAA 13 & KVS 2026 participants including session organizers, chairs, and invitees must register and pay the registration fee.

Accepted satellite sessions will have their own tracks on the online submission system. (Organizers must remind speakers to submit their abstracts directly to the corresponding session using the online submission process.)

The fee charged to organizers of satellite sessions depends on the duration of the session, please get in touch with the secretariat for further information.
