Exhibitions

An extensive technical exhibition will take place during the five-day conference in Jeju. The exhibition is expecting participation of about 700 subscribers and over 20 companies from around world and will offer optimal marketing opportunities for increased exposure and market expansion. The standard booth is a 3m × 2m shell scheme and can be purchased in multiples of 6 square meters.

Sponsors who prefer a custom design (Space Only) must arrange their own construction and furniture setup. Please contact the secretariat for details.

Exhibit Space Rental Fees Not Included;

Furniture, telephone services, transportation, warehousing before and after the conference, customs brokerage, janitorial services in the booth as well as in the general exhibition area, special materials or furnishings, the moving, transfer, set up and dismantling of equipment or booths and lift services. Placing carpets is obligatory in all exhibition spaces. Purchasing these items and services is at the exhibitor’s expense.
