The Organizing Committee of VASSCAA 13 & KVS Summer Conference has secured special reduced rates for accommodation at the conference venue, Sheraton Jeju Hotel (formerly Ramada Plaza Jeju). Please note that these rates are valid only for reservations made by the upcoming deadline. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability. To secure your reservation, credit card information will be required.

How to Reservation
For reservation, you should contact the hotel directly. Please download the hotel reservation form and send the filling form to the hotel by fax or e-mail.) Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Note
- The rates are fixed in KRW (Korean Won) including 10% tax.
- The rates above do NOT include breakfast. Breakfast is KRW 44,000 per guest with tax. Also, additional individual charges such as telephone calls, minibars, etc. shall be paid to the hotel directly.
- Cancellation must be notified to the hotel as soon as possible.
- Check-in: 15:00~ / Check out: ~12:00
No-shows Policy: No-shows will be subject to a charge for one night. Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
- A cancellation fee of 30% of the room rate per night is charged 4 days before arrival.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate per night is charged 2 days before arrival.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate per night is charged 1 day~on day before arrival.
